We know that peace of mind only comes with superior service and in order to ensure our promise we hold ourselves and our sitters to the highest possible standard. |

All Wondersitters have gone through an extensive selection process including in-person interviews and reference and  background checks. Some Wondersitters even hold certificates in emergency care. |

| Flexibility! All Wondersitters are independent contractors not employees of Wondersitter. You set your own hours on your own schedule. |

| Provide the customer support, professionalism and marketing efforts that provide a steady flow of childcare jobs when you want them. You simply focus on doing what you do best - provide excellent childcare. (Wondersitter reserves the right to no longer represent sitters we feel do not uphold our standards.) |

| Wonderful families! |

| Billing services. We are your childcare "agent." As your agent we make sure you get paid. If a client cancels within the 24 hour cancellation period we pay you out of our own pocket. No more long trips across town to find that no one answers the door. In the event that this happens, we promise to pay you the guaranteed four hour minimum. |
